Interview Guidance Programme
You’ve cleared Prelims and Mains. Now is when 275 marks decide your service and your rank. Our intensive programme prepares you for every angle the UPSC board can throw at you.
From Mains Clearance to Final Board
The Personality Test is not a test of knowledge — it’s a test of who you are, how you think, and whether you’re suited to public service. The UPSC board evaluates mental alertness, critical thinking, clarity of expression, judgment, social values, and integrity over a 25–35 minute panel session.
Our programme is built around that reality. We don’t drill you on factual quizzes — we help you discover your own narrative, sharpen your views, and rehearse under realistic boardroom conditions.

Who Sits Across the Table
Our mock panels are populated by retired and serving senior officers — many with 25+ years of administrative experience and several with prior UPSC board exposure. Each panel mimics an actual UPSC interview as closely as possible.
- Retired IAS Officers — former district collectors, secretaries, and joint secretaries.
- Retired IPS Officers — including former DGPs and IGs.
- Retired IRS / IFS Officers — for revenue, foreign affairs and customs angles.
- Subject-Matter Experts — senior academics for your graduation discipline & optional.
- Communication Coach — a dedicated coach observes body language and gives written feedback.
