News: WHO prequalifies new oral vaccine for cholera

Recently, the World Health Organization (WHO) has
granted prequalification to a novel oral vaccine for Cholera known as
Euvichol-S.
Euvichol-S:

Euvichol-S is an inactivated oral vaccine designed to combat Cholera.
●
It represents the third product within the same
family of cholera vaccines listed in the WHO prequalification.
●
This vaccine offers a simplified formulation
compared to the oral cholera vaccines (OCV) Euvichol and Euvichol-Plus.
