University of Andhra Pradesh (CTUAP) at Vizianagaram.
Highlights:

The Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh (CTUAP)
is a Central University established to promote higher education and
socio-economic development among tribal communities.

Institutional Role:
i.
It is envisioned as a centre for developing
self-confidence, leadership, and policy-making capabilities among tribal youth.

It is expected to contribute to education, health, skill
development, livelihoods, and forest rights at the grassroots level.

Science and Technology Hub to empower
tribal communities in North Andhra Pradesh by promoting the application of modern
science for community development.

Significance:

To promotes inclusive, equitable, and sustainable
development through quality education and community engagement.
ii.
It integrates tribal knowledge and traditions with modern
education to foster holistic development.

It supports the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047
by empowering tribal communities through inclusive and quality
